14-day cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel undamaged standard goods within 14 days. Services already performed and custom/cut items are excluded — this is stated before you pay.

How to return

Email info@p2pinteriordesign.com with your order number (#N or #N-P). Refunds go to the original card within 5–10 working days of agreement or receipt of goods.

Faulty goods

Consumer Rights Act 2015: repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Cardnet refunds appear on statements as P2P INTERIOR DESIGN LTD.
