Goods and services

Goods (materials, tiles, tools) and services (consultations, design) are sold together with a single payment at checkout in GBP. No VAT is charged. The contract is formed when we email your Order Confirmation (#N); goods lines are additionally confirmed under #N-P.

Payment

Debit/credit cards via Lloyds Bank Cardnet (3D Secure may apply). We never receive card numbers. Changes and cancellations: contact us as soon as possible; bespoke or cut materials may be non-returnable (see Returns).
